Mailbox Installation Policy – CSCCLC LLC

All mailbox installations are executed in strict accordance with USPS standards.

Service Area: We serve clients within a 30-mile radius of Weeki Wachee. Services requested beyond this radius may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Included in all installations and removals are standard metal or 4x4 posts with concrete anchors. Additional fees may apply for brick or other specialized mailbox types.

Right to Refuse or Reschedule: CSCCLC LLC reserves the right to refuse service, issue refunds at our discretion, or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including personal reasons.

Site Conditions and Damage: During installation, there may be temporary disturbance or damage to surrounding grass or landscape areas. Every effort is made to prevent damage; however, some impact is possible. Booking or purchasing services indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of this condition.
